Date:        Saturday, September 18, 2010

Time:       Registration opens at  8 a.m.
                Run begins at 9:30 a.m.  Walk begins immediately after
                the runners start. Event concludes at noon.

Location: Edsel & Eleanor Ford House
                 (1100 Lake Shore Road, Grosse Pointe Shores, MI)

Route: The event takes place on the grounds of the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House.

Parking:   Public parking on grounds and across Lake Shore Road.
                 Car pooling is suggested.

Distance:  Runners competing in the 5K (approximately 3.1 miles) must complete                  the course to qualify for a prize.
                 Walkers may walk any length of the course.

Register:  Register online and or download a registration packet.

Fees:        $25  Early registration ends August 15, 2010
                 $30  For registrations beginning August 16, 2010
                 $5    Children 12-18; 11 and under free

Pledges:   We encourage walkers/runners to raise money for
                 VNA’s Community Care Fund which provides needed health care
                 and hospice services to VNA’s uninsured and underinsured patients.

Awards:   Awards will be given for several categories.
