Hospice Volunteers Needed; Training Starts January 23rd
Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan’s hospice program has rewarding volunteer opportunities in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. Volunteers are needed weekdays to provide companionship to patients at the end of life, write a memoir or provide office support.
Prospective volunteers are required to attend three consecutive Saturdays of free training which begins January23rd, from 9 a.m. to
3 p.m. All training takes place at the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan headquarters located at 25900 Greenfield Road, Suite 600, Oak Park, MI. For more information or to schedule an interview, call (248) 967-8361 or visit www.vna.org.
