Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Michigan is the state's largest, independent nonprofit home health care agency. VNA provides a full range of home care services including nursing, home health aide, therapies, medical social work, diabetes and nutrition counseling and hospice. Our services are available for any age from mother-baby care to home care for the chronically ill, disabled or elderly and others who are referred by doctors, insurers, hospitals, insurers and community agencies.
